Site Report Agent is used to aggregate and present data related to your website’s operations and performance, answering your questions about traffic, conversions, SEO, and content in the form of conversations or reports.
Data sources and metric definitions depend on your product configuration, such as whether Google Analytics or built-in site analytics have been connected.
The Help Q&A Agent is intended to answer questions related to Webhub product features, usage, and common issues.
The scope of answers is based on the product’s built-in knowledge base and documentation, and may be updated as the product evolves.
Yes. You can switch between or initiate different agent within the same conversation. For example, you can first request a “Site Report” to check data, then use “Publish Content” to generate an article, and finally ask “Help Q&A” how to publish it. Depending on the interface, you can either select an agent entry point or directly enter your intent to access the corresponding agent.
Yes. Taking Publish Content as an example, after the agent generates content, it usually provides a preview or editing option. You can modify the title, body, summary, section, and more before publishing, and confirm everything before going live. The same applies to Keyword Planning. It typically provides a list of keywords and recommendations, which you can review, filter, and adjust before applying them to your pages or content. The exact editing and confirmation process depends on the current interface.
The data in Site Report comes from the data sources configured in Webhub, such as Google Analytics or built-in site analytics. If you have connected GA or other sources, the reported metrics will align with those data sources. If not, or if only partial connections are set up, only the available data will be shown. Metric definitions, such as “sessions” or “users,” follow the definitions used in tools like GA. If you notice discrepancies, you may want to first check the time range and filters being applied.
The agent will either make changes or guide you through the process based on your instructions. Whether the changes are applied immediately depends on the product design. In some cases, you will first see a preview and need to confirm and save before updates go live. In other cases, one-click application may be supported. When using it for the first time, it is recommended to pay attention to steps like “preview,” “confirm,” or “save,” and follow the prompts to avoid unintended changes.
If your question goes beyond the current knowledge base, such as advanced development or custom requirements, the Agent may indicate that it cannot provide an answer or suggest checking the help center or contacting support. You can reach out to customer support or search the help center for more detailed documentation.
Available languages are subject to the product documentation. In general, the AI Copilot supports multiple languages for both input and responses. Some features or Agent names may remain in English, such as Publish Content or SEO Planning, but you can describe your needs in the language you are most comfortable with.
