2.1 AIO Wizards

2.1.1 Introduction

The AIO Wizard breaks down the initial SEO setup into three steps:

Step 1: Define your target market

Step 2: Keyword research

Step 3: Keyword distribution

It guides you through the full process, from selecting your market and competitors, to discovering keywords, and finally applying them to specific pages. Once completed, you can continue optimizing your SEO performance in modules such as Keyword Overview, Keyword Research, and Competitor Analysis.

2.1.2 Step1 - Setup Target Market

2.1.2.1 Overview

This step defines your SEO foundation, including which search engines, regions, and languages to target, which pages to prioritize, and which competitors to benchmark against. All keyword research and distribution will be based on these settings.

2.1.2.2 Select Search Engine

  • Choose the search engine you want to optimize and monitor, such as Google or Bing. Available options depend on the product.
  • Rankings and traffic are tracked separately for each engine. Reports and recommendations will be based on your selected engine.

2.1.2.3 Select Cornerstone Pages

  • Cornerstone pages are key pages you want to rank for and drive traffic to, such as your homepage, main product pages, or important category pages.
  • Select or add these pages in this step. AIO Wizard will prioritize them for keyword assignment and optimization recommendations.
  • High-value keywords can later be assigned to these pages in Keyword Distribution.

2.1.2.4 Select Competitors

  • Add or select competitor websites by entering their domain or site name.
  • Once added, you can compare keyword coverage, rankings, and estimated traffic in Competitor Analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.

2.1.3 Step 2 - Keyword Research

2.1.3.1 Overview

This step helps you build a trackable and optimizable keyword library. You can add keywords either directly or after research, and then assign them to pages and monitor rankings.

2.1.3.2 Add Keywords Directly

  • If you already have a keyword list, such as from other tools or internal planning, you can enter or import keywords directly.
  • Added keywords will appear in your keyword library and can be assigned to pages in Keyword Distribution, with performance tracked in Keyword Overview.

2.1.3.3 Add Keywords from Research

  • Use built-in keyword research features to generate keyword suggestions based on seed keywords, industry, or competitors. Suggestions may include metrics such as search volume and difficulty.
  • Select relevant keywords and add them to your library, then assign them to pages.
  • This is useful when building a keyword list or expanding long-tail keywords.

2.1.4 Step 3 - Keyword Distribution

2.1.4.1 Overview

Keyword Distribution allows you to assign keywords to specific pages, ensuring each page targets the right keywords while avoiding keyword cannibalization.

2.1.4.2 Assign Keywords to Pages

  • Select a page from your site or from your defined cornerstone pages. Assign one or more keywords to the page.
  • You may define primary and secondary keywords if supported. It is recommended to assign each primary keyword to only one page to consolidate ranking signals.
  • After saving, rankings and traffic will be tracked at the page level, helping you evaluate and optimize content.

2.2 Keyword Overview

2.2.1 Overview

Keyword Overview provides a centralized view of all managed keywords and their performance.

  • Common metrics: Keyword, assigned page, current ranking, ranking changes, search volume, estimated traffic, and more.
  • Use cases: Identify high-performing keywords, track ranking fluctuations, and evaluate page performance.
  • Supports filtering and sorting by keyword, page, or ranking range. Some features may include export or integration with other modules.

2.3 Keyword Research

2.3.1 Overview

The Keyword Research module provides tools for discovering, expanding, and analyzing keywords.

  • Enter seed keywords or topics to generate suggestions, including long-tail keywords and metrics such as search volume and difficulty. Results can be added directly to your keyword library.
  • Relationship with "AIO Wizard Step 2": The "Add keywords after research" step in Step 2 refers to this module or the same underlying capability. Once you are familiar with the workflow, you can use this module directly for ongoing keyword research and keyword management.

2.3.2 Assign Keywords

  • Assign or adjust keywords to pages from the keyword list or research results.
  • The process is the same as in Step 3: select a page, assign keywords, and save. This ensures clear mapping between keywords and pages for tracking and reporting.

2.4 Competitor Analysis

2.4.1 Overview

Competitor Analysis compares your website's SEO performance with selected competitors.

  • Typical insights: Keyword coverage, ranking positions, traffic gaps, and opportunity keywords.
  • Use cases: Identify gaps, discover opportunities, and refine your keyword and content strategy.
  • Data sources and update frequency depend on the product configuration.

3. Frequently Asked Questions

3.1 Do I need to follow Step 1 → Step 2 → Step 3 in order?

It is recommended to follow the sequence to ensure complete and accurate data. If you already have a keyword list, you may focus on Step 1 and Step 3, and use Keyword Research and Keyword Overview for ongoing updates.

3.2 How often is keyword ranking data updated?

Update frequency depends on the product and data sources, typically daily or weekly. The specific update frequency depends on the product documentation or update logs in the dashboard. If a keyword’s ranking remains unchanged for an extended period, you can check whether it has been correctly assigned and indexed by the search engine.

3.3 Can the same keyword be assigned to multiple pages?

From an SEO best practices perspective, it is not recommended to target the same keyword as a primary keyword across multiple pages, as this may lead to internal competition and dilute ranking signals.

It is recommended to assign one primary keyword to one primary page. If the product supports distinguishing between primary and secondary keywords, the same keyword can be set as a primary keyword on one page and as a secondary keyword on related pages.

Actual behavior depends on whether the product supports multi-page assignment and how it is implemented.

3.4 Where does competitor data come from?

Competitor analysis data is typically sourced from third-party SEO data providers or crawling and analytical models, and is used to estimate competitors' keyword coverage and rankings.

You need to correctly add competitor domains in "Define Target Market." The data update frequency and coverage depend on the product configuration, and there may be some delay or differences compared to actual search engine results.

3.5 Can cornerstone pages be updated later?

Yes. Cornerstone pages can usually be added, removed, or edited in the target market settings or keyword distribution settings.

After changes are made, future keyword assignments and reports will reflect the updated cornerstone page list. Historical data is typically retained based on the configuration at the time.

3.6 Which search engines are supported?

Supported search engines, such as Google, Bing, or Baidu, depend on the options available in the "Select Search Engine" list within the product.

Rankings and traffic for different search engines are configured and tracked separately. If you are targeting a specific region or language, make sure to select the search engine that aligns with that market.
